Sara Kirschner

Sara completed her 200-hour training with the Yoga Joint in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She began teaching for Small World in 2018, after moving to Nashville to study psychology and neuroscience at Vanderbilt University. Sara has a passion for introducing yoga and breathing techniques to children and college students to help them cope with academic, social, and general life stress. She aims to integrate yoga in her future work as a psychologist.
