Amanda found yoga in 2015, a few meditation classes later she became hooked. After discovering the mental and healing benefits, she decided to become a Yoga Instructor to help others find calm in stillness. Amanda received her 200hr training in the Bay Area, CA in January 2020. After the pandemic hit she made the choice to move to Nashville and was thrilled to have stumbled upon Small World Yoga. Amanda enjoys getting out into the community, meeting new people and helping bring awareness to the benefits that come with this practice, on and off the mat. With her ultimate goal of becoming a Yoga Therapist working with patients in the hospital systems she continues her education in movement, nutrition, and health.
