Libby Werner

Libby’s yoga journey began as part of a group fitness class in college. She participated in classes at various studios throughout her time in Boston and New Jersey before moving to Nashville in 2015. Upon discovering Inner Light Yoga (formerly in Nashville) in 2017, her practice found a steady rhythm. She eventually went through her 200-hour teacher training with Inner Light Yoga in 2020. She added a 30-hour certificate program for accessible yoga via the Accessible Yoga School with Jivana Heyman in late 2020.
After completing her teacher training, Libby knew she wanted to find a way to serve through teaching yoga. When she learned about Small World Yoga, the mission, and how it aligned with her own goals, she knew she had to pursue becoming a SWY teacher. She started teaching through SWY in Summer 2020.

Libby loves yoga as she finds it serves her mind, body, and spirit in a way nothing else can. The practice keeps her steady and centered while also continuously pushing her forward.
Libby teaches at Room In The Inn and Rolling Hills Hospital.
