Kim began practicing yoga over 20 years ago – she still warm heartedly remembers the joy, release, and freedom she felt after her first practice. She has been sharing that sense of ‘coming home’ with those around her ever since. Kim spent years attending regular yoga classes and workshops, both at home and through her journeys as a flight attendant for 21 years. After leaving the airline industry to spend more time with her joyful family, they encouraged her to make teaching ‘official’. Kim completed her 200 RYT with Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla, California and Paddle Board Yoga certification with Nashville Paddle Company. Whether she is in a studio, home, the sidelines of her children’s events, or at dinner, Kim is always ready to lead a spontaneous yoga class, share pain relieving poses, and practice heart-opening poses with friends and family. Kim believes we all possess the capability to welcome physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga, as we navigate what our bodies and minds can accomplish in the present. Kim strives to appreciate where she is at the moment, and to help others do the same with help of yoga and meditation.
