Jen Bundrant

Jen was introduced to yoga at the age of 18 and was instantly drawn to the challenges and rewards of the practice. She had been a gymnast and competitive cheerleader from the time she learned to walk until she graduated high school. After that, yoga became her primary source for exercise. After suffering from a medical condition that caused her to be bedridden for multiple years in her early 20s, yoga helped her heal her body both physically and emotionally. Suddenly yoga became more than just a great workout, but an essential part of her healing journey. Jen moved to Nashville from California in early 2020, right before the shutdown. Fortunately, she stumbled across Small World Yoga, which catapulted her into an incredible community of yoga teachers that welcomed her with open arms. It is her goal to spread the wonderful healing benefits of yoga both physically and emotionally, while also giving a great workout in a power flow.

Jen currently teaches in outreach at Sycamore High School.
