Elizabeth first discovered Small World Yoga in 2015 while searching for free summer activities in Nashville. She stumbled upon Music City’s International Day of Yoga in Bicentennial Park. That was her first communal “om” alongside hundreds of sweaty people, and it was great. In her role as the program coordinator for Nashville Public Library’s Be Well at NPL initiative, she knew partnering with Small World Yoga would help the library meet patrons’ desires to expand yoga across more branches. Elizabeth values lifelong learning, community connection, and accessibility for all. You may spot her biking or walking around Nashville, or practicing next to you at one of Small World Yoga’s 8, weekly yoga classes at the library.
