Chelsea Hall

A student of yoga for over 20 years, Chelsea believes that positive embodiment and compassionate presence to one’s own experience can be deeply healing and even transformational. Her goal is always to create accessible and nourishing classes in which people of all walks of life feel welcome and included. Combining knowledge of multiple approaches, she seeks to create a safe space for others to explore their own inner landscape while grounding powerfully through their physical bodies. She considers herself a perpetual student and continually seeks deeper understanding of anatomy, trauma-informed yoga, and diversity and equity within yoga.

Off the mat, Chelsea can be found working towards a degree in psychology, writing, hiking, and enjoying time with friends and family.
