Angela Kelly

Yoga has been a roller coaster journey for Angela – from using it for exercise to yoga becoming her sanctuary. Growing up, Angela learned that hard work, dedication and loyalty are a must. Since then, she has always put her whole heart into all she does, including yoga. Angela began practicing with videotapes in her 20’s and moved to classes in her 30’s. Yoga helped her scoliosis by keeping her strong and flexible. She decided to go on a yoga retreat to focus on herself and avoid burnout. On this journey she learned so much and realized yoga is a life-saver in all aspects of her life. She is a better mother, wife, daughter, friend, employee and human because yoga became a space to focus on just herself. Through yoga, Angela discovered anyone can practice connecting their mind, body and breathe.

Angela teaches at the Hermitage Library Branch on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.
