Aisha Bashir

Aisha was in search of living a mindfully healthy lifestyle to combat anxiety and began practicing power vinyasa yoga in 2009. Once Aisha found a love for yoga, teacher training followed in 2013 with Live Love Teach Yoga School.
From then the transformation began and Aisha knew that there was a commonality between healing stress and trauma from the power of breath. “I want to share this portable and accessible tool with everyone.”
