Adrian started practicing yoga in August of 2016 at Gold’s Gym in Bellevue, and he later became a regular at Fahrenheit yoga studio. What began as just another way to lose some weight and improve his posture turned into much more. He discovered a mindfulness practice that comes with the physical practice on and off mat. Interactions with people became so much better with this regular yoga practice.
Adrian decided to complete his first 200-hr training in power vinyasa at Fahrenheit in June 2017. Then, he completed a Hot 26 200-hr training in at Hot Yoga of East Nashville and a level two training in the Barkan Method in April 2018.
Tailgate yoga was his first exposure to Small World Yoga and what they do in the community. After that experience, he chose to increase access to yoga, the physical and mental aspects, in the community.
Adrian teaches at the Looby Library and Community Center.
