Yoga in the open air! Join us for your power flow safely distant and out on the lawn across the street from our Community Studio. We will be holding this class every Friday while weather permits. This is an all levels power vinyasa designed to elevate your heart rate and make you sweat, all while stretching your muscles and increasing your flexibility. Grab a friend and your mat and we’ll see you on the grass! **In the event of rain we will move this class inside the studio**
