In this six week wellness coaching series, you will learn to use your intuition to optimize your wellbeing using the five foundational modifiable lifestyle factors: nutrition, movement, sleep & relaxation, stress & resilience, and relationships.From a space of non judgement and possibility, you will:•Learn the science behind the modifiable lifestyle factors •Step into confidence in making choices for your health •Learn tools to manage stress•Dive into self-inquiry•Create a plan of action•Share with and be supported by the group Includes between session accountability check-ins and resources Be prepared with a journal & pen in a quiet place where you will be able to participate freely via Zoom.
