This anatomy intensive is for yoga teachers who want to increase their anatomical knowledge.  Learn to minimize injury risk, improve verbal teaching cues & get better at “seeing” bodies move so you can better guide them.We’ll explore the relationship of tension & compression within different body types & learn to build the asana within bodies rather than fitting every body into each asana. Focal areas include the most common injury/discomfort sites: knees, hips, lower back & shoulders. Soul to Sole Founder, Gabby DeLorenze is a Licensed & Certified Athletic Trainer with a Master’s Degree in Biomechanics and a Certified Exercise Specialist through NASM.  Gabby is a Yoga Alliance registered 200E-RYT and YACEP.  She has a strong love and understanding of the human body & emotional healing which she weaves through all of her privates, classes, intensives and workshops. Cost: $108
