We are excited to introduce Daryn Jackson, a long-time supporter for Small World Yoga. Daryn will be leading us in a flow on the International Day of Yoga with 3 other teachers. Join us on June 21st to celebrate! Daryn opened @unityyogaroom In Mt Juliet, TN in 2013, after practicing yoga for 10 years and receiving her 200 hour training in Vinyasa Yoga. She comes from a theatre and public speaking background, and weaves her love of story and narrative into her classes. Her deepest joy comes from creating spaces for authentic community and personal transformation, challenging students to a life lived from a place of radical truth. Her teaching invites students to journey inward, confront their assumptions and false stories, lean into vulnerability, and rise from the strength that comes from staring down your insecurities and pressing through to the freedom on the other side of fear. With an emphasis on the internal work of the practice, her classes aim to honor the connection between body, mind, and soul. Her invitation to you: Come as you are, don’t take yourself too seriously, and trust the process. Becoming the person you’re meant to be happens in the daily doing of the work, and everything you do is part of that work. It’s all yoga. Let’s get into it. #IDYNashville #IDY2016 #Nashvilleyoga
