Want to help SWY connect Middle TN to the benefits of yoga? Vote for our video in the @acommunitythrives competition to support local ideas to improve community problems. If awarded this grant, funding will be used to educate over 100 current #SWY volunteers & yoga teachers through cultural competency and issue-specific training workshops. We also hope to develop a yoga certification program targeting current students with diverse backgrounds, including low income teens, while growing SWY’s current volunteer teacher recruitment, support and retention process.
