SWY had the opportunity to host a workshop on bringing yoga tp students for @metroschools PE teachers and Counselors today.
We are excited to continue this partnership with MNPS and to host the @baptiste_foundation for the #Unstoppable Baptiste Yoga training on March 24-25. This workshop for individuals that work with youth. You will learn tools to use yoga, breathing, mediation and relaxation techniques with youth in any setting.
