On May 4th, we are partnering with Jamba Juice for an hour long sweat session to support Small World Yoga’s little yogis in Nashville Schools. Your $10 donation includes a 1-hr yoga class, Jamba Juice samples, and a punch card worth 6 buy-one-get-one-free smoothie visits at Jamba Juice.⠀ ⠀ This class will be a great opportunity to help bring mats and teachers to kids of all ages, while receiving a fun class and so many tasty smoothie experiences! The class will be taught by Meghan Henry and Sarah Ellis, two of SWY’s volunteer teachers in Metro Nashville Public Schools. Sarah is a graduate of emPower School of Yoga and has a blast sharing yoga with kindergartners at KIPP Kirkpatrick Elementary School. Meghan Henry, also an emPower grad, teaches English at Maplewood Comprehensive High School, MNPS, and empowers the school’s students through mindfulness on the mat. ⠀ ⠀ Sign up on MindBody for this 2pm class, and please spread the word!
