Allison guides a group of women at the CCA – Davidson County Jail in quiet meditations, gratitude circles, gentle asana and usually a nice long savasana. She focuses on sharing a yoga practice these women can practice anywhere, including their cell. Her favorite memory was when a woman said, “I have been waiting my whole life to do this.” after practicing Warrior 2 Pose for the first time.
