Many of our SWY teachers encounter difficult situations and brokenness in the places they teach. Below, is one experience that SWY teacher, @roadwarrioryoga (Daryn), had at the Metro-Davidson County Detention Facility. Daryn teaches yoga every Friday for a group of women at the CCA detention facility. “Teaching yoga here is the most important thing I will do this week. I look forward to my time with the women here. I’m thankful I get to do it.
