All-levels, non-heated donation-based flow. This class is in partnership with The Phoenix, but is open to the public.   The only fee for this class is a request for 48 hours of sobriety. The Phoenix offers a free sober active community to individuals who have suffered a substance use disorder and to those who choose a sober life.
