Power Flow

In this powerful and energetic style of yoga, students move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. The class is heated between 90-95 degrees and caters to all levels from beginner to those who are more experienced. This style incorporates regular sequences that become familiar to students, but offers variations to modify, intensify or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses, and the frequency at which they are repeated.

Slow Flow

Take a break from the usual high-powered flows and slow down with this creative, rejuvenating mid-week flow. You’ll walk away feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your week. The class is heated to 90 degrees and caters to all levels from beginner to those who are more experienced.

Deep Rest

Our non-heated, gentle and slower-paced, restorative style class designed to stretch tighter areas and leave you feeling relaxed.

Empower Flow

This class is led by our recent emPower School of Yoga graduates and requires no minimum donation. All classes are taught in the Power Flow Style (See description above).

Outreach Spotlight Flow

Every month, Small World Yoga features one of our community outreach partners to showcase our work in the yoga community. A SWY outreach teacher will lead this class, typically in a gently-heated vinyasa flow style, though style may vary each month. All donations from this class are split between SWY and the monthly outreach partner. No minimum donation amount is required.
